Training Programs We Offer
Every dog has a unique personality, learning style, and set of challenges. That’s why our Board & Train Program is broken down into specialized tracks designed to meet your dog where they are and take them to the next level of obedience and confidence.
Canine Basic Obedience
Perfect for young dogs, rescue dogs, or pets who have never had formal training, this program lays the foundation for a lifetime of good behavior.
- Core Skills Covered: Sit, down, stay, come when called, leash manners, crate training, and polite greeting behaviors.
- Socialization Focus: Dogs are introduced to different environments, people, and other dogs, helping them stay calm and confident outside the home.
- Real-Life Application: Training sessions simulate everyday distractions—doorbells, car rides, family gatherings—so obedience sticks no matter the situation.
This track is especially helpful for new puppy parents who want to prevent bad habits before they form.
Behavioral Correction & Rehabilitation
Some dogs struggle with more than just basic commands—they may be anxious, reactive, or even aggressive. Our Behavioral Correction program is designed to help dogs overcome these hurdles in a safe, structured environment.
- Common Issues Addressed: Leash reactivity, excessive barking, separation anxiety, food guarding, aggression toward people or other animals.
- Balanced Approach: We focus on building trust, confidence, and impulse control through consistent, fair training techniques.
- Owner Partnership: Upon graduation, we work closely with you to maintain progress at home, ensuring that behavior changes are long-lasting.
This program is ideal for families who have tried other training methods without success, or for dogs that need professional help to reset their habits.
Off-Leash Obedience Training
If you dream of hiking, camping, or enjoying the park with your dog running free while still listening to your commands, this track is for you.
- Reliable Recall: Your dog will learn to return to you immediately—even in high-distraction environments.
- Advanced Commands: Heel, sit, down, stay, and place will be reinforced without the need for a leash.
- Confidence Building: Dogs gain independence while maintaining respect and focus, strengthening the bond between dog and owner.
This program is especially beneficial for active families, service dogs in training, or working breeds that thrive with freedom and structure.
